From walking in it had a warm and welcoming feel. Great restaurant with plenty of options for gluten free dining. My partner booked ahead - recommend doing this. Lovely atmosphere with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Food and drink was gorgeous. They even have a gluten free beer on the drinks menu. I had the haggis scotch eggs and braised beef - they were truly lush.

Little gem of a restaurant. We are visiting the area. Booked a table for dinner online. Fantastic menu with lovely local dishes and produce. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The price is even more outstanding. 31 for 3 courses. Would cost double that where we live in Birmingham. The service was fantastic. Our server was such a lovely, friendly, guy. Sorry I didn't ask his name. If you were working on Tuesday 6th May thank you! You made our evening very enjoyable. Will definitely return if we visit the area again

Sunday roast way divine! Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our waiter, John, was very nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Ate here for the first time and it won't be the last. The food was great. The staff were lovely. The atmosphere was genuinely nice (loads of folks spanning ages and all happy). We didn't take pix (a rare occasion) bc we were so keen to eat the nice looking food. Apologies. The food was beautiful and tasty.

A regular visitor to Blackfriars and Dobson and Parnel , wanted to visit Hinnies a sister restaurant for a while and was not disappointed , dishes very well presented , great staff and overall relaxed atmosphere , fine dining but in an unfussy relaxed environment , particular compliments to Amy and Marnie who looked after us well , thanks for a great night
